Now first off I need to say that I'm not actually a fan of CSI. I'm aware of it and I applaud the fact that they're helping pay the bills for the remaining members of The Who (Particularly Pete Townsend who has been slaving over his book for his book deal for quite some time now).Though having said all that I have to say that Horatio from CSI Miami is one of the greatest TV creations for quite some time. Played by the wonderfully untalented ham fest that is David Caruso... this cartoon captures his appeal brilliantly.
